1. Ownership & Rights

Goadit is a product of Graylight Creative. All design assets, creative concepts, and trademarks displayed on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Graylight Creative. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of our designs is strictly prohibited.

2. Fulfillment

We utilize Printful as our primary manufacturing and fulfillment partner. When you place an order, the transaction is processed via Stripe through the Graylight Creative account, and the data is subsequently transmitted to Printful for production.

3. Return Policy

Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is verified as defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact Graylight Creative within 14 days of receipt.

4. Limitation of Liability

Graylight Creative is not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by third-party carriers or for issues arising from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. "Emotional Arbitrage"

Goadit designs are intended for satirical and commentary purposes. We aim to capture the friction of the culture war through apparel. Participation in the "outrage economy" is at the user's discretion.
